tk719 Terms & Conditions

Each eligible individual may register exactly one account on the tk719 Platform. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

1. One account per person, per household, and per device. Multiple accounts created by the same person — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — will all be closed, and any associated balances or winnings may be voided.
2. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur on your tk719 account. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
3. You must notify tk719 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. tk719 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to notify us promptly.
4. tk719 may request additional identity verification (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to requests for photo ID, proof of address, and confirmation of payment methods. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure. Accounts that do not complete requested KYC may have withdrawals temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
5. Account ownership is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your tk719 account or any funds, winnings, or bonuses associated with it to any third party.

tk719 may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an account for any applicant without being required to state a reason. We are committed to maintaining a safe and fair environment for all eligible players and reserve the right to apply additional account controls where we deem it necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

tk719 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

1. Bonuses are credited to your tk719 account as bonus funds. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. You must complete the specified wagering requirement (rollover) before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash.
2. Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each individual promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.
3. Each player is entitled to claim each welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including by creating additional accounts — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.
4. tk719 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, tk719 will honour the bonus on the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, subject to these general bonus terms.
5. Bonuses and free spins are for personal use only. Any player found to be participating in bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play — will have their bonus voided and may have their account suspended.

Specific bonus promotions — including welcome bonus percentages, minimum deposit thresholds, wagering multipliers, game contribution rates, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings — are detailed on the relevant promotion page at the time the promotion is active. These specific terms take precedence over the general bonus terms in this clause where there is a conflict.

tk719 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. The following circumstances may give rise to suspension or termination:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 5.
2. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by tk719, or provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable documentation during the KYC process.
3. A player's voluntary request to close their account, including requests made under the Platform's self-exclusion programme.
4. Where tk719 determines, in its sole judgement, that continued operation of the account poses an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the Platform, to other players, or to tk719 itself. In cases of voluntary account closure, verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, net of any outstanding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements.

All content on the tk719 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and game content — is the property of tk719 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from tk719.

The tk719 name, logo, and all related brand identifiers are trademarks of tk719. You may not use any tk719 trademark, service mark, or trade name without tk719's prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to any tk719 intellectual property beyond the limited use licence described above.

tk719 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by players during registration and subsequent use of the Platform. The full details of how tk719 handles personal data — including the categories of data collected, the purposes of processing, data retention periods, and player rights — are set out in the tk719 Privacy Policy, available at https://tk719.pro/privacy-policy. By registering on the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

tk719 uses SSL encryption on all data transmitted between players and the Platform. Player financial data is handled in accordance with applicable payment card industry standards. tk719 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and fraud prevention partners as strictly necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall in the first instance be referred to tk719's customer support team at [email protected]. tk719 is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours of receipt and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before commencing any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and tk719 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, and agreements relating to the same subject matter.
